About Coaching.
My Coaching:
- I aim to teach you strategies to become personally empowered.
- All information you share with me will be treated as private and confidential.
- I am a trained Life Coach.
- In consultation with you, I will refer you to a GP / Psychologist should this be deemed necessary.
Coaching Sessions:
- Coaching centers around empowerment through intentions and actions.
- Sessions are not designed to be Counselling or Psychology sessions.
- Coaching sessions are delivered via the online platform ‘Zoom.’ You will be messaged either a link or meeting ID and password. Alternatively, sessions can be face-to-face at my home.
- In the event of you not being able to attend a Coaching session you need to give 24-hours notice via email to reschedule the session.
Investment:
- All information you share with me will be treated as private and confidential.
- Session length is 1 hour with the option to increase subsequent sessions.
| 1 hour: | $100 |
| 3 sessions: | $280 |
| 6 sessions: | $550 |
All prices are gst inclusive.
