About Holistic Counselling.
My Counselling:
- I aim to teach you strategies to promote greater awareness and acceptance of oneself.
- All information you share with me will be treated as private and confidential.
- I have a diploma in holistic counselling and have had many years using counselling techniques during my career as a nurse.
- In consultation with you, I will refer you to a professional GP / Psychologist should this be deemed necessary.
Holistic Counselling Sessions:
- Holistic counselling sessions increase self-awareness leading to an increased level of psychological and physical wellbeing.
- Sessions are Holistic Counselling sessions which incorporate both counselling and the use of spiritual tools.
- Coaching sessions are delivered via the online platform ‘Zoom.’ You will be messaged either a link or meeting ID and password. Alternatively, sessions can be face-to-face at my home.
- In the event of you not being able to attend a Holistic Counselling session you need to give 24-hours notice via email to reschedule the session.
Investment:
- All information you share with me will be treated as private and confidential.
- Session length is 1 hour with the option to increase subsequent sessions.

| 3 sessions: | $280 |
| 6 sessions: | $550 |
